Shipping and Returns Orders usually ship the same day or the next business day. If an item will take more than 3 business days to ship, we will notify you to obtain your approval. Our goal is prompt delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, AIW Inc. will accept unopened return items that can be resold, less the cost of shipping and an additional 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee will be charged, however, if you apply your credit to another item (shipping fees will apply).
